When an object costs as much as a weekend away, the page’s job is to justify the price before showing it. FORME explores numbered editions, material chapters (clay, glaze, glow) and technical drawings as trust signals.
Self-initiated concept. Brand, products and prices are fictional, built to test ideas I bring to client work.
Price, earned
Clay, glaze, glow: three short chapters on what the object is made of and how. By the time the price appears, it reads as a consequence, not a claim.
- 1Material: where it comes from
- 2Surface: how it is made
- 3Light: what it does in a room
Drawings as trust
Elevation drawings with real dimensions answer “will it fit?”, the high-ticket version of a size guide.
- 1Elevation with real dimensions
- 2Numbered edition of 120
- 3Price at the end of the story
The system behind the screens
A $480 lamp is bought slowly. FORME borrows the pace and typography of an exhibition catalogue so that time spent on the page builds conviction instead of doubt.
Color
Every color is a material in the photographs: glaze, clay, travertine. The interface is painted with the objects themselves.
Typography
Light is a material.
Display · object namesCatalogue serif with long ascenders: calm and expensive.

Decisions, and why
-
01
Price after three chapters
WhyMaterial, surface and light justify the number before it appears.
Instead of
Price next to the hero image. -
02
Technical drawing as reassurance
Why“Will it fit on my sideboard?” is the high-ticket size question.
Instead of
A dimensions line buried in specs. -
03
Numbered editions
WhyScarcity that is true and checkable.
Instead of
A countdown timer.
